When you use RetailQ Margin, we collect: your Google account email or phone number (for authentication), shop details you enter (name, address, GSTIN, UPI ID), product pricing data you save, and quotes/documents you generate. If you upload a shop logo, it is stored as part of your settings.
Your data is used solely to provide the RetailQ Margin service — calculating prices, saving products, generating quotes, and syncing across your devices. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Realtime Database) under your authenticated user account. Only you can read and write your own data. Firebase infrastructure is hosted by Google and subject to Google's security standards.
RetailQ Margin uses: Google Firebase (authentication and data storage), Google Fonts (typography), and the QRCode.js library (payment QR generation). No analytics, tracking pixels, or ad networks are used.
You can export all your product data as a CSV file from Settings at any time. You can delete your account data by contacting us. We will delete all stored data associated with your account within 30 days of request.
RetailQ Margin does not use cookies for tracking. Firebase authentication may use local storage tokens to keep you logged in.
We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
